Every month, we will be sharing one of our favorite Anchor Moments with you. The Anchor Moment is a special time of sharing where someone briefly shares about a time in their life when their faith has truly anchored them, inspired them or directed their decision making.

This weeks Anchor moment is from Tiffany Sturlaugson, an administrative assistant at Glacier Peak High School.

Tiffany Sturlaugson lives with her family in Snohomish, Washington. She is married to her high school sweetheart Matt, and they have three grown children Colten, Grace, and Gunnar and one rambunctious golden lab, Daisy. She works as an administrative assistant at Glacier Peak High school.

She has done many renovation projects with her husband, and also enjoys gardening, reading books, kayaking, road trips with her family in their restored 1948 bus, volunteering at her church and in the community, and enjoys mentoring others to grow in their faith. She committed her life to Jesus Christ when she was 4 years old at a vacation bible school and He is the constant source of her strength, joy and hope!

A favorite verse is Psalm 143:8, “Let the dawning of the day bring me revelation of your tender unfailing love. Give me light for my path and teach me, for I trust in you.”

We’re excited to bring you our monthly spiritual “workout” calendar for May! I have learned that to train most efficiently you need to devote yourself to diligent time with the Lord. We all have different life courses but when properly trained and equipped with God’s word and ways we will be ready to meet whatever comes our way!
